Coconut-Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg yolks
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar, margarine, milk, vanilla and egg yolks in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until thick, about 12 minutes.
Stir in coconut and pecans.
Beat until of spreading consistency.
