Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 small can chopped pimentos
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Chop and brown onion in cooking oil.
    Chop and melt cheese slowly as not to scorch.
    Add green chilies and pimentos.
    Add salt, pepper and paprika.
    Blend well.
    If too thick, thin with milk or tomato sauce.
