Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes (20 oz.)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    10 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked as directed
Preparation
    Brown the beef and onion in the oil.
    Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, parsley, sugar, salt, basil and oregano to the beef.
    Simmer together 1/2 to 1 hour on low.
    Oil baking dish.
    Starting with noodles, arrange as many layers as possible of noodles, sauce, Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese.
    End with noodles and sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
