Beef Roulades - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices beef about the size of London broil, thin and lean
1 Tbsp. mustard
4 slices bacon, cut in strips
2 large or 4 small dill pickles
salt and pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or Crisco
2 tsp. flour
Preparation

Pound the meat.
Spread with mustard, salt and pepper, one slice of bacon on each and sliced pickles.
Roll up and secure with skewers or thread.
Brown them with chopped onion.
Reduce heat and cover with water or stock.
Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Take out meat, make gravy with flour and season to taste.
