Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or beef
    1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce of your choice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    2 egg whites
    1 small box lasagna noodles, slightly cooked
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook meat until no longer red.
    Add onion and bell pepper; saute until clear.
    In another bowl, add the egg whites slightly beaten together with Mozzarella, parsley and spaghetti sauce. Layer into a large lasagna pan starting with the noodles.
    Top with the Parmesan cheese and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
