Italian Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. liquid red pepper seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground oregano
    1/4 tsp. crushed, dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Divide dough in half. Shape into 2 (1 1/2 x 12-inch) rolls.
    Wrap in waxed paper and chill 1 hour.
    Cut into 1/4-inch thick slices.
    Place on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Makes about 6 dozen.
