Honey Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
chicken breasts
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine margarine, honey, mustard and lemon juice; stir well. Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Place chicken, meaty side down, in a lightly greased pan.
Pour honey mixture over chicken, cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
