Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
    1 bunch green onions
    3 medium tomatoes
    7 oz. black olives
    8 oz. cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar or both)
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients together and set aside.
    Do the same
    with\tthe
    next 3 ingredients.
    Layer bean dip, sour cream mixture
    and avocados in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with onions,
    tomatoes,\tolives\tand cheese.
    This dip may be served at room temperature or chilled.
