Fried Green Chilies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 cans long green chilies
    Cheddar cheese
    egg
    milk
    flour
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Mix egg and milk.
    Take chilies and gently open.
    Stuff with cheese.
    Roll chilies in flour which has been seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Dip in egg mixture.
    Roll in flour again.
    Drop in hot grease; fry until lightly browned.
