Chablis Cheddar Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 green onions with tops, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. condensed cheese soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. Chablis
    paprika and croutons for garnish
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Stir in onions and celery until tender.
    Return to heat and add all ingredients but Chablis.
    Cook until thick, about 9 minutes.
    Stir in Chablis.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Garnish with croutons.
