Pineapple Garlic Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless loin pork chops (1-inch thick)
    1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    2/3 c. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chops; mix well.
    Place the chops in a shallow baking dish and pour marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove the chops from the marinade; boil 5 inches from the heat 4 to 5 minutes per side. (These can be pan-fried also.)
