Chicken Salad Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cold, cooked, diced chicken
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. sliced white grapes
1/2 c. slivered, toasted almonds
1 or 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine chicken, celery, grapes, almonds, parsley, salt and mayonnaise; mix well.
Serve on lettuce, avocado half or in scooped out tomato or pineapple half.
Garnish with olives and chicken slices.
