Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. oleo
2 eggs, beaten well
2 c. flour (self-rising)
3 c. ripe, mashed bananas
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add eggs, beating well.
Add mashed bananas; beat until light and fluffy.
Add flour and nuts, mixing well.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
