Dark Delicious Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 c. chopped, peeled apples
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Place apples in bowl and toss with sugar.
In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, oil and vanilla.
Combine flour, soda, cinnamon and salt in bowl.
Add flour mixture alternately with apples to egg mixture.
Beat until mixed.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Test for doneness.
Cool in pan 15 minutes.
