Gorgonzola Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 bag spinach
    1 small pkg. fresh mushrooms
    1 small pkg. relishes
    1 red onion
    tomatoes
    1 c. oil
    1 whole garlic
    Gorgonzola cheese (4 oz.)
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Process the oil and garlic in food processor or blender. Store in a covered jar in refrigerator.
    Grate the cheese over salad.
    Pour vinegar and oil mixture over salad as desired.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
