Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs (gradually added in)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour Bundt pan.
    Cream together the butter and sugar; add remaining ingredients.
    Pour the batter into the greased Bundt pan and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or knife inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
