Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 pod jalapeno pepper
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. oil
1 1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients together, then mix in order the oil, milk, eggs and corn.
Mix all together.
Cook in Pyrex 9 x 9-inch dish in a 450\u00b0 oven until lightly browned on top.
