Oatmeal Brownies(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. quick oats
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and blend well.
    Add egg whites and blend well.
    Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl, then mix all together.
    Pour batter into an 8-inch square pan, coated with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 23 minutes.
    Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Cut into 12 servings.
