1940 Carrot Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 carrots, cooked
    24 onions
    24 green peppers
    24 green tomatoes
    24 apples
    4 c. brown sugar
    4 c. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 Tbsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. celery salt
    4 Tbsp. white mustard seed
Preparation
    Chop carrots with medium blade in food chopper.
    Cook until done.
    Run other ingredients through chopper.
    Cook with spices for 15 minutes.
    Can in pint jars.
