Iceberg Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 serving) envelopes low calorie lime-flavored gelatin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 c. coarsely chopped iceberg lettuce
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion
Preparation
    Dissolve the gelatin and salt in 2 cups boiling water.
    Stir in the cold water and vinegar.
    Chill until mixture is slightly thickened.
    Fold in the lettuce and green onion.
    Pour into 5-cup ring mold.
    Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
    If desired, fill the center with tuna salad.
