English Muffins In A Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 3/4 c. flour (about)
    2 pkg. dry yeast (active)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    cornmeal
Preparation
    Measure
    3
    cups
    flour by spooning lightly into a cup. Combine
    flour,
    yeast,
    sugar, salt and baking soda.
    Combine milk
    and
    water and heat to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Add to dry mixture and beat well.
    Stir in enough more flour to make a very stiff batter. Spoon
    batter into 2 greased loaf pans that have been sprinkled with
    cornmeal.
    Sprinkle tops with cornmeal, cover, and let rise in warm place for 45 minutes.
