Miriam'S Jalapeno Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans whole kernel corn, drained
    3 or 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 stick butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt cream cheese and oleo in double boiler.
    Mix flour, salt and milk and add to cream cheese.
    Add the corn and peppers to the mixture.
    Pour in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
