Scalloped Potatoes, Tomatoes And Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. thinly sliced, peeled potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped, cooked ham
1 (14 1/2 or 16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
-
Lightly grease slow cooker.
Layer half of each ingredient in the order listed.
Repeat layers.
Cover and cook on high setting for 1 hour.
Reduce to low setting. Cook 5 to 6 hours or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.
