Italian Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 - 14 1/2 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. onions, finely chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 split chicken breasts, cut up
    2/3 c. parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Stir together rice, onions, tomatoes, cheese, and 1 tsp. Italian seasoning.
    Place in a greased 9-inch x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with chicken and remaining seasoning. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until chicken is done.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
