Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick melted butter
    8 oz. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Beat sugar and eggs until smooth.
    Add flour, milk, vanilla, coconut, then butter.
    Grease 2 glass pie plates.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 or 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
