Cucumber (Or Zucchini) Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. ground cucumbers
    1 qt. onions
    1 qt. cabbage
    4 bell peppers
    4 hot peppers
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. ground mustard
    2 c. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Grind vegetables, put in pan, add 1/4 cup salt and 3 quarts water.
    Let set 2 1/2 hours.
    Drain water.
    Add celery salt, ground mustard, vinegar and sugar.
    Cook 20 minutes.
