Beef-Broccoli Wellington - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    9 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
    4 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans refrigerated quick crescent rolls
    1 egg, beaten
    poppy seed (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In medium skillet, brown meat; drain well. Add broccoli, cheese, onion, sour cream, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
