Raisin Apple Cinnamon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 c. peeled, chopped apple
1 c. raisins
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.
Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Add to oil mixture; blend well.
Stir in apples, walnuts and raisins.
Spread in greased pan.
Bake in hot oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan.
Serve with vanilla ice cream if desired.
Makes 16 servings.
