Party Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados
    2 c. nonfat sour cream
    1 c. nonfat mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    3 ripe, large tomatoes
    1 can pitted olives
    3 to 4 scallions
    nonfat Cheddar cheese, shredded
    nacho chips
Preparation
    Mix in bowl sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning; set aside.
    Cut around avocado pit; scoop out and mash (don't use skin).
    Cut up in small pieces ripe tomatoes and olives.
    Cut scallions in small pieces.
    In long dish, layer ingredients: avocado, sour cream, mayo, taco seasoning mix, tomatoes, olives, scallions and Cheddar cheese.
    Serve with nacho chips and get ready to give out the recipe!
