Italian Sausage Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie shell
1/2 c. milk or cream
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Provolone)
1/2 c. onions
1 tsp. salt
3/4 lb. sweet sausage, crumbled (casing removed)
pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute sausage and onions; drain and add to pie pan.
Blend eggs, cream (milk), cheese, salt and pepper.
Pour over filling. Bake until custard forms in 350\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Cut in 6 to 8 slices.
