Sue Ellen'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes and juice
    1 to 2 cans Ranch Style beans, drained
Preparation
    Mix ground round and pork.
    Brown.
    Add onion and celery; continue browning, until onion begins to look clear.
    Drain excess fat.
    Add all ingredients.
    Cover and simmer one hour.
