Cajun Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chives, chopped
Preparation

Saute onions in margarine until clear.
Add shrimp; cover and cook until shrimp are pink.
Add salt, pepper, garlic, mushrooms and soup.
Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add sour cream just before serving.
Serve over rice or pasta.
Garnish with chives. Serves 4 to 6.
