Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. pork sausage, crumbled
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. green peppers, diced
1 1/2 Tbsp. onion, minced
2 Tbsp. hot water
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
3 Tbsp. celery leaves, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Lightly brown sausage; add water.
Combine other ingredients and add to sausage.
Mix.
Put into a butter greased casserole. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
