Honeyed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 c. cold water
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Brown chops in small amount of oil. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    (Do not salt.)
    Combine remaining ingredients except sesame seed.
    Pour over chops. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Cover and bake 1 hour or until chops are tender.
