Cornish Hen Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Cornish hens, split in half
1 c. long grain rice (not instant)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix

Preparation

Pout 2 1/2 cups boiling water over dry salad dressing mix.
Add chicken soup.
Lay hens over top.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
