Chicken In Wine Or Sherry - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sugar
Bisquick
salt and pepper to taste
onions, chopped
garlic, minced
wine or sherry
water
chicken

Preparation

Combine sugar with Bisquick. Wet chicken, then dip into Bisquick mix. Brown in hot grease; add salt and pepper, onion, garlic, wine or sherry and a little water, salt again. Cover and steam until well done.
