Rice-A-Roni Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 bunch scallions, chopped
    1 small can black olives, chopped
    1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni, cook accordingly
    2 jars Cara Mia artichoke hearts (reserve oil)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken.
    Add chopped bell pepper, scallions, black olives and cooked Rice-A-Roni.
    Cool and refrigerate.
    Add reserved artichoke oil and mayonnaise 30 minutes before serving.
