Zucchini Lemon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. plain flour (all-purpose)
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
    6 egg whites
    1/4 c. applesauce (no added sugar)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl.
    Combine zucchini, egg whites, applesauce, lemon juice, lemon peel and salt in a medium bowl; stir well.
    Preheat oven. Spray muffin tin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
