Chip-Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. finely minced onion
    3 c. coarsely crushed potato chips
    1 (6 oz.) can flaky tuna (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine soup and milk.
    Slowly bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the finely minced onion, salt and pepper.
    Arrange in a well buttered casserole. Add the crushed chips (if you are using the tuna, add it also at this time).
    Pour the cream soup over all. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned.
