1 medium yellow pepper
1 to 2 pieces green onion
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 medium garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. fresh parsley, minced
1/8 tsp. cumin seed, ground
1/8 tsp. coriander, ground
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 red snapper fillets (4 oz. each)
1 medium lemon
Preparation

Stem and seed peppers; cut into very thin strips.
Slice green onion in diagonal slices.
Slice lemon into 6 slices.
