Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

approximately 7 medium potatoes, peeled and cooked until done
4 hard-boiled eggs
4 or 5 green onions, tops included
approximately 1 c. mayonnaise
approximately 3/4 c. mustard
salt to taste
Preparation

Drain water off potatoes; cream as for mashed potatoes. Peel and drop eggs in potatoes. Add mustard and mayonnaise. Salt to taste. With potato masher, mash all together, then add green onions (chopped). Mix; let cool and refrigerate.
