Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (No. 3) can fruit cocktail, drained
2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
-
Blend eggs, sugar, salt, soda and flour.
Add fruit gently, so as not to loose identity of the fruit.
Pour into greased, floured pan.
Top with brown sugar and coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes.
