Egg Salad-Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. process cheese, shredded
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients in a mixing bowl; season with salt and pepper.
Makes about 3 cups.
