Ain'T It Great Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
18 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. mashed bananas
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into large bowl; add liquids and stir just enough for all ingredients to be wet.
Pour into buttered and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool in pan before removing.
Cake becomes moist with age.
Tastes best when 2 or 3 days old.
