Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrot, cauliflower combination
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimento
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine
    veggies,
    soup,
    half of the
    cheese
    and
    sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can French
    fried onions.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
