Bread Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Pepperidge Farm bread (large)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 sticks melted butter
    brown sugar and cinnamon
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread and roll each piece with a rolling pin.
    Combine cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar together.
    Spread mixture on bread; roll.
    Dip in melted butter.
    Roll in brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut in half.
    Freeze on cookie sheet.
    Stack in freezer container, after they are frozen, with wax paper in between.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
