Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, fried
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Fry the bacon; remove from pan.
    Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar and hot sauce to the grease. Cook for 1 hour, then add the shrimp.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Serve with salad and rolls.
