Kosher Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 c. water
    1 1/4 c. canning salt
    5 c. white vinegar
    dill (optional)
    hot peppers (optional)
    cucumbers
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil and pour over jars filled with small cucumbers that are heated.
    Seal and place in some place they may ferment and run over but will be alright.
    I never tighten lids after fermenting.
