Beef Brisket Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. beef brisket
6 oz. barbecue sauce
Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
1/2 c. water
3 oz. liquid smoke
celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Put brisket in baking dish.
Sprinkle with seasoned salts and liquid smoke.
Refrigerate overnight.
When ready to bake, sprinkle with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover baking dish with foil.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
Uncover and pour barbecue sauce over meat.
Cook, uncovered, for another hour.
If gravy is desired, remove meat and add flour and water to drippings in baking dish.
This is very good served cold or for sandwiches.
