Family Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger or sausage
    2 1/4 c. cooked rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. onion salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can whole tomatoes
    bell peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onions and bell pepper until tender.
    Brown hamburger meat, salt and pepper to taste.
    Combine vegetables and hamburger meat.
    Add rice, tomatoes and spices.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Place 3 strips of bacon on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
